Alert: travel for DACA holders

From the Immigrant Law Resource Center: the Board of Immigration Appeals has changed the meaning of “departure” for those using Advance Parole (AP). ILRC advises DACA recipients who were planning to travel with an AP to “reconsider travel unless it is critical and a full risk assessment has been made. Travel on AP…triggers inadmissibility…and while people should be paroled back in, we do not know how border officials will interpret this decision.” Read more here.
