Ulster exec proposes anti-mask law for police & federal agents

“The law would establish ‘a presumption against the use of facial‑concealing masks’ with exceptions for undercover operations, protective services details, emergency protective equipment, hazard‑related masking exigent circumstances, and situations where compliance would conflict with federal or state law.” Read the full article here.
