UIDN’s board is in search of a treasurer to lead financial oversight and governance; ensure that appropriate policies, controls, and reports are in place; maintain separation between board oversight and day-to-day operations; and collaborate with the executive director and outside financial professionals. The treasurer’s primary role is oversight and governance, not routine financial execution.
