Ulster Literacy Association has one-on-one tutoring in English and small group classes (including English for Parents and English for Farm Families) for ages 16 and in Kingston, New Paltz, and Saugerties. Ulster BOCES has free English as a Second Language (ESL) classes for ages 18 and up in Ellenville, Kingston, and Port Ewen. Lessons in speaking, reading, and writing plus citizenship. Episcopal Church of the Messiah has a free program for English language learners, Tuesdays, 7-9 p.m., in the parish hall, 6436 Montgomery St., Rhinebeck.
