Join New York for All and Dignity not Detention to demand that the NY State Legislature pass two bills to help protect and defend immigrant New Yorkers. The Interfaith Center of NY writes that attacks against immigrant communities are escalating by the day and points to the need for this legislation to help protect our neighbors.
The New York for All Act will prohibit local and state agencies from colluding with ICE and the Dignity not Detention Act will prevent local jails from contracting with ICE to increase detention capacity.
