Join the New York Immigration Coalition (NYIC) for an in-depth training on navigating public benefits for immigrants in New York State. The training is intended for staff and volunteers of NY-based non-profit groups. Using a chart developed by NYIC, The Legal Aid Society, and the Empire Justice Center, learn to determine benefit eligibility. Monica Tulchinsky, senior director of programs, NYIC, will lead the session.
Registration will close Sunday, April 27, 5pm. The program is free thanks to funding from the NYS Office for New Americans.
