“Father Frank, as he was known, died Nov. 29, 2025, at age 80. He wove his faith and the events of the world into a life serving and protecting immigrants, most notably as the co-founder of the Ulster Immigrant Defense Network. He chafed against the idea that politics had no place in the pulpit.
