The U.S. Department of Agriculture has directed all schools to provide free breakfast and lunch for students through June 30, 2021. Here is a summary of how to sign up for meal delivery or pick-up programs offered by Ulster County school districts. If you need food for kids when schools are closed, look here.

Ellenville Central School District. Each Monday and Wednesday bagged breakfasts and lunches are distributed at no charge by bus and for pickup. Households with a student eligible to ride a bus will have meals delivered to their bus stop. Times can vary by almost 20 minutes, please be patient. The delivery and pick up schedule are available here.

Highland Central School District. Pandemic Electronic Benefit Transfer is available. This program is available to help cover the cost of meals children would otherwise have received from the school. Get FAQs about the program.

Kingston City School District. Meals may be picked up for remote students. Get the pick-up schedule and application for free and reduced-price meals. Remote learners can have Grab-and-Go
Bagged meals delivered. Contact KCSD Food Services at 845-943-3938 or email FoodService@kingstoncityschools.org to schedule.

Marlboro Central School District. Breakfast, lunch, and snacks are distributed from the Snack Shack at Marlboro High School for students who receive free and reduced lunches. Download the official letter. Get an application for free and reduced-price lunch in English and Spanish.

New Paltz Central School District. Meals will be provided free to all students for the 2020-2021 school year. Breakfast and lunch are available for delivery Monday through Friday. For in-person days, meals are delivered to the classroom. Download the details.

Onteora Central School District. Breakfast and lunch are available for pick-up on Wednesdays. Get more information and sign up for meals.

Rondout Valley Central School District. Meals are provided on Wednesdays from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Rondout Valley High School and Kerhonkson Elementary School. Delivery will be provided to families who cannot pick-up. Get details.

Saugerties Central School District. Free meals are available for all students. are available for Remote students and children ages 0-18 who are not enrolled are eligible for 5 grab and go meals per week. Hybrid students are eligible for 3 grab and go meals per week. Students attending school full time are eligible for one meal. Get details.
