DESCRIPTION:A FREE celebration of both Bike Month and Mental Health Awareness Month. Arrive at 3pm for a FREE tune-up with Bikeway Bicycles or join the ride — suitable for all ages — to Sojourner Truth State Park leaving at 4:30pm. \nCycling is an excellent exercise that can connect people with nature and help reduce stress\, anxiety\, and depression by lowering cortisol and increasing “feel-good” endorphins. Plus: It’s fun! \nIn partnership with Bike Friendly Kingston\, this FREE bike ride is for all ages\, to Sojourner Truth State Park\, which aims to introduce people of all ages to the many physical and mental benefits of cycling.
